On 21 October, I made a booking through oyo app and successfully made the payment through PAYTM UPI, it went through but it never got updated in my payment status, next day I had to pay at the hotel counter, Now the payment of 1425 rs, which went through, there is no recollection of this transection with oyo,
I tried to contact them in several occasions, but no response, I disputed the transection through bank but if oyo is not acknowledging the charges, it can’t be recalled back. Now I am left with this loss without any proper response.
