I booked a room at 11:00 am and paid the booking amount then I changed my plan and cancel my booking at 12:15 pm .I don’t get any refund message from oyo regarding my booking so I called oyo helpline number first they told my refund must start within 24 hours but later they told me I can’t get my refund because booking was cancelled after 9:00 am .
I explained them that I make booking at 11 am how can I cancel at 9 am . They told this is oyo policy.
