Text of Complaint by Vikil:

I made a booking on Oyo on 21st June 2023 to 24th June 2023, when I reached Bangalore from Dubai. My booking was confirmed and I had the option to pay at the hotel. I chose the option to pay at the hotel and I paid the full amount. On 23rd June 2023 I got the mail saying that my booking was cancelled because I didn’t show up which is clearly a lie. Now they are demanding one thousand rupees extra and I called Oyo about this. I talked to customer support lady named Bhumi and she is talking to me supporting the hotel and made the false allegation that I confirmed the offline booking which is again clearly a lie. I am mentally fed up with these kind of cheating and not getting the support from anywhere. I am demanding the Oyo to take the complete responsibility against this and compensate for my financial and mental loss as my peace and my whole day was affect by this issue.
