Hi ,  I am using Airtel postpaid which is on my employers name. I have submitted an application in Airtel store for Ownership transfer to my name around 10 days back. There is no update from the customer care and they simply closed my request and it is taking lot of time even after submitting all the required documents.  Please help to resolve this faster.
