I hate to write the emails to leadership team for an issue resolution, but I am left with no choice as it has been a 45 days struggle with Airtel, let me explain in detailed.

On 06th of October 2018, I visited the local Airtel relationship center ( 44/1, Thambu Chetty Palya Main Rd, Akshaya Nagar 2nd Block, Jinkethimmanahalli, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016)  for the ownership transfer, as part of the process I have completed the formalities and was told that the ownership transfer would be done in 7 business days. After the visit a person from Airtel visited my home for the address verification and after that it didn’t progress any further, So on 15th of Oct’18 I called up the customer to check on the status and was told it is an issue with the back end team and waited patiently for another two weeks with no luck. Again I have decided to call up the customer care on 06th of November and finally I got a call from the relationship team was given a waive off for Rs. 253 for the hassle I went through for all these days and it was taken off from my account post the ownership transfer.
 
And Finally on 07th of November the transfer was done and the new SIM got activated, I was happy for a while and the inevitable, lost the internet on my mobile since then It has been 15 days without internet on my mobile, For the first time when I called up the customer care regarding the internet issue there was no complaint registered with the case comments ” Customer’s call got dropped “.  I waited again patiently assuming something would happen which never did, today in the afternoon I spoke to customer care again regarding the internet issue and was successful this time to get a complaint number which was closed at 04:13 PM stating the issue has been rectified. And I am still without internet here
 
Some of the highlights that I missed on this email so far 1) I was so patient for these days and finally annoyed which resulted in f’s & b’s during my conversation with your folks today 2) I was so fed-up and visited the local Vodafone store this morning for the porting which got rejected within hours of my request , because I was told that I am supposed to be with Airtel for at least 90 days from the data of ownership transfer 3) One fine gentleman named ” Vinay ” called me from relationship team to know the reasons for the port request, I started explaining him and he didn’t have time to listen and he said these words ” I am forced to drop this call ” , how can a person from relationship team can be so impatient and irresponsible.

Either you give me a better service or let me go with an alternative network provider. I hope this email makes some sense as I have been an airtel customer for many years.
