We rented one home, We given 1 month advance rent and 2 month deposit (same has been written in contract).
We left that home within 15 days, Owner told us they will cut 1 month deposit as we did not intimate them, We agreed and asked them to return only 1 month deposit amount.
Owner keep telling that they will refund in few days but now they refused to refund.
