Text of Complaint by Dibyendu Samal:

I had taken AMC from Polar Cooling Industries(Daikin Air conditioning Solution Plaza)
Address: No C, 8, Block-D/32, No. 2 Deshabondhu Nagar, Sodepur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700110.
I had my one service left and I went to the shop for my last AMC service on 10/09/2022.
The owner had very bad attitude and told to ask service from the person who did the AMC and he will not provide the service.
I showed the document to him but he was very rude to me and my wife and telling very lame reasons to us and told like this will not be done as the person who did the AMC. is not working with him now. The employee(Shabaz Khan) who did the AMC was working with him at the time when the AMC was done. I am guessing I am not the only person who suffered from this behavior. This was very unprofessional behavior from the owner. My only complaint is, I am the customer and you are sending your employee from your company for service if they are doing anything you should be responsible for that why a customer will suffer.
I want some amount in return from the AMC and I don’t want any service from them as I am afraid they can damage my AC in the name of service. And in near future they should not do this kind of business with others as well.
