I had applied for an overseas opportunity through one of the job portal’s , within a few days I get a call for Shreena Overseas , stating they are an agency for Overseas Placement and they have multiple jobs in many countries . On that pretext and many fake promises, I enrolled with them and paid a total amount of Rs. 75000/- . I started my process with them for NEWZEALAND . Got a few interview calls , with no feedback what-so-ever , untill I made multiple follow ups for the feedback , the feedbacks would be simple copy paste mails not stating the reason for rejection that would actually help you . Many Case Managers changed , most of them arrogant and never available to answer your queries .
Boy Oh Boy , you work in service industry with that attitude , you seriously must have nothing to loose or A FAKE COMPANY.
No one will be able to explain you anything clearly
EG: Why is IELTS not required by the hiring company ?
Their answer “Humara Process Hi Aisa Hai, Humara Unse Ye Arrangement hai, Nai Lagta to Nai Lagta . Achha Hai na ”
After a few month i get to know that , now their name has changed to “JVS IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD ” From “Shreena Overseas ” and I get a call saying Sir NEWZELAND is getting difficult to get in , and Canada is far easier , lets try for Canada now . To which I agreed , again had to go through PCC and other process .
Long Story short , Interviews , Feedbacks , Call backs , Query Handling , all remains the same and laggard
New things added are :
1. Interview time slot , 6pm to 1am IST .(7 Hrs you wait)
2. You may Not receive the interview call many times.
3. JVS may not inform you about it the next day , till you inform them about it , 1 instance i did’nt tell them that i did not get the call , and to my expectation a few days later they send me the feedback copy paste rejection mail . How on Earth was i rejected without even the interview happening , and the agency confirming that the interview did’nt go well. (PROCESS and COMMITMENT AT ITS PROFESSIONAL BEST)
After a long tiresome journey on 5th June 2022 i decide to withdraw my services with them and asked for a refund to which i was told to wait till they get update , on follow upS, today they reply saying only Rs. 5000/- refund is possible as , according to them they were doing a great job , following all the norms to perfection and that , I was withdrawing from their services , so no refund can be processed and as a special case they are processing a Rs. 5000/- refund . (WOW thank you for saving a ton of money)
I also asked them why were there only negative reviews about overseas job placements and not a single positive review , they had no answer .
This is a FRAUD agency , do not waste your hard earned money and your time enrolling with these CROOKS .
Attaching an email they had forwarded to me (Just to observe : they did not bother writing a fresh email to me , but sending a many many times forwarded email, you can actually have a forward count , 7 to be exact , also look at the language, forget the grammar of content , an Overseas Placement agency has an Operations Manager who shares such emails).
