I applied a loan of 26,100 naira loan equivalent from a loan app called L-CREDIT and I paid before the expiry date, I called one of the customer care agent to confirm my payment and she did. Few days later I checked the app hoping to apply another loan and found out that my loan repayment has not been cleared despite I have paid them. The lady keeps assuring me that it will be cleared but to no avail, it still shows on the app that my loan payment is 8 days overdue. I paid the overdue charge again and they still have not cleared it and the agent is telling me to pay another overdue repayment for the third time. The agent keeps telling me that someone else is in charge of clearing the payments. And now I can’t reach her number. I do not want this to get to the harassment stage because I have done what is needed of me and it is their turn to do theirs. If it gets to the harassment stage I will sue them.
