Hello.. I was using Paytm postpaid but I have cleared all my pending bills, still an overt due of ₹135 is reflecting which is affecting my CIBIL.

Please file a complaint with the RBI at https://sachet.rbi.org.in/Complaints/Add. The RBI has taken a stern view about such Ghost loans and will take necessary action against the NBFC
