I have been trying to get in touch with Indiabulls Dhani customer care since 1st October 2020 to inform them about my bank account no more in use and I would like to pay my emi’s manually on or before the due date, but no proper response. I make to pay the emi immediately after receiving a payment link (after the due date) and they are charging me overdue charges, I have written so many emails and keep calling them every single day to waive off the overdue charges and send me a link to foreclose the loan but no response.
I would like to pay off my outstanding amount (I DO NOT WANT TO PAY OVERDUE CHARGES – I have took maximum effort to make them understand my bank account is not in use) and get an NOC at the earliest.
