Driver used abusive words and over charged fare in the name of UP tax. Fare was Rs.262 when i booked ride. Although we travelled from toll free route, the driver asked me to Rs.100 extra than shown in app. Upon refusing to pay the fare, abusive, violent and provoking words were used by the driver. The driver name was Kapil and he was on white Xcent car with vehicle number UP14KT3840. I called the support but no action taken yet.
