Dear Sir

i am using Airtel from Last 10 Years. Recently in Jul 2018 Airtel Awared me about a plan in which i was offered a Add on Connection . The plan Supposed to Accomidate my add on sim in my existing Rental Plan of 649 with all outgoing calls free as per plan. Therefore i was supposed to pay 649 + 18% GST. But till date bill has never been below 1500/- per month despite several discussions/ Complaints/ Information.

Lately i was given Waiver and Assured that the problem has been fixed. But not to my surpise, same thing has been repeated.

I want a resolution and pay back of excess money hence charged as i am tired of  121 Complaints and Requests.
