Pls Note I had opted for ” AIRTEL ONE PLAN 1999 ” on June 22 .. And i got Bill On July 12 for Rs 3585.57 … For which when I raised Objection and compliant .. I was told there is a error in the Bill generation and we are Fixing the Same . I was assured No Late Payment Charge would be Levied By the Manager Of Outlet in writing .
Later I got Message to pay 2055 . Which Was Paid on AUG 01 .
Today Again I have Got The Bill of 3124.96 … Where in The Current Month Charges are 2728.32 and have been charged with the Late Fee and Previous month Balance outstanding .
Have Been In touch with the Customer care since July 13 and thereafter with the Local Outlet since July 25 .. With No one to resolve or give Appropriate Solution ..
Request If u can Pls help and Get this Resolved at the Earliest .
