Dear Mr. Kalyan,
Still I didn’t get any resolution from Flipkart Team. My issue still not resolved by team. EKart is overcharging unnecessarily and misbehavior by EKart Delivery Agent. When I filled a complaint against my bad experience, then Flipkart Team is suggesting me to cancel my order. When I asked the reason behind that they didn’t have proper answer.
As per EKart Team, Flipkart run different policy and Ekart run different. They have hidden policy for exhange products. Why is it like that, why is it hidden for the customers and because of all these thing, your customers are facing unnecessarily issues. It’s becoming hectic for the your customers.
I request you to resolve my issue as earliest since I am waiting from long time. I traveld around 70kms, just to collect my parcel but due to unnecessarily circumstances created by EKart Agent, i didn’t receive it and left from there in upset mood. I request you to kindly deliver my parcel on my new delivery address.
