I’m Saurabh Sharma having a Tata sky connection with Registered mobile number 7060196422 & Subscriber ID 1363541655.
I’m facing an issue regarding overcharging 800 rupees, when requested for relocation tata sky connection. The overcharges are swipe charge 400 rupees & 120 rupees wire charge. My Tata sky is in warranty period (3 year warranty) and no additional wire is attached at post relocation time. I agree to pay 300 rs of relocation charge.
I have called so many time to customer care team regarding this issue over the telephonic but they refused to listen to my request and cut the call.
So i would request you to resolve my concern asap and provide better solution.
