Hi, I took a loan from an called Mpokket during my college days. Due to lockdown it became hard not only for me but my family members too, so I was unable to clear my dues. My principal amount is 10,000Rs. As I was unable to clear my dues I am charged with 18,880 Rs extra as penal amount making it a total of 28,880Rs. So when asked to to remove those penal charges, the company refused to neither remove nor reduce to an understandable amount. This affected my CIBIL and now I cannot apply any of the home loans, Car loans etc. Please help . I am willing to clear my dues but 30000Rs over 10000Rs is a large amount.
