1. Jio has stopped my services I am not able to make calls and receive calls.
2. They have overcharged amount in bill asking for two months due bill but I have all proofs that I have paid my bills before due date.
3. Customer care excutive doesn’t helping me in solving this issue.
4. I want to change my operator now but they are not removing my amount from bill and I received 4 different bills.
5. I received fraud calls from jio asking for payment.

I want to resolve this immediately and please take action against jio
