We have paid dentist OVER Rs. 80, 000.
In spite of it, we have been encountering dental problems. We were Overcharged and provided poor quality of dental services.

Inspite of our repeated Reasonable requests, over an extended period of time,
We have NOT received from dentist Batra
(a)
All of the cash- payment receipts , NOR
(b)
ANY dental records.
(3)
We were Refused our legally entitled
cash payment receipts.
(4)
Dentist was abusive and disrespectful to Elderly and handicapped patients. We were made to wait for multiple hours for appointments.

We have been encountering Worsening dental condition, and aggravation of our medical dental problems.
