I had taken a subscription for Fixed landline cum broadband services – at that time i was promised free subscription for 6 months but again in Jul 20 i was charged the total amount of Rs.14844.40 and again for the same amount in Jan 21.
I have been writing mail to 121 email id for the last 2 weeks without proper resolution
