Bill period of 18th January to 17th February 2022, got a international roaming charge of Rs.6316.48. I have not used mobile data or call or receive any call while abroad in USA. Sent screen shots of my mobile phone number usage , no of complaints sent, but just today they said they can waive off Rs. 2194.75 and i have to pay Rs.8779.00. Also as the charges are under dispute, not paid till its cleared. In subsequent billing period 18th February to 17th March and 18th March to 17th April 2022 they kept on charging full plan rate , but my outgoing and incoming calls and sms has been stopped. I can prove through my mobile usage all those International roaming charges are bogus .I need immediate settlement.
