Dear Sir/Madam,

I had been looted by charging Rs. 2,607/- by the V Kaveri Travels to travel from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on 14th April 2024 for normal non A/c bus where as Train First class A/C ticket itself costing around Rs 2,600/-. So, I want to take legal proceedings against the bus operators V Kaveri Travels for not delivering the service for the amount they had charged from consumer.

Even after paying Rs 2,600/- the bus itself is looking very worst with no proper cleaning for bedsheets and full bus is smelling very stinking.

So I request consumer from to guide consent RTO to take disciplinary action against the bus operator V Kaveri Travels.
