Hi,

I am Mujeeb Ahmed Khan,

I was traveling from rehmatabad(Nellore) to Hyderabad on 22/10/2018. They booked the tickets first saying the charges are 600-700 per head, I booked the tickets with half payment as a token of confirmation, later when I was boarding the bus, they wanted me to pay 1100 per ticket and if i wanted to cancel the tickets they were not ready to refund the amount which I already paid. As I had some imp work in Hyderabad, I boarded the bus by paying 1100 per ticket.

There behaviour was very rude and the bus was over loaded, and filling huge luggage for extra money, very rash driving and not even stopping the bus for dinner. They stopped in a very bad resto, it was not cleaned and no toilets available, when asked to stop at any other resto, they answered saying they have commission in that resto and will not stop at any other resto.

Please do the needful and teach them a lesson.
