Am a user of Vodafone post-paid services, I received my post-paid bill for the month of June-2020. In that I have been charged for excess amount of RS 337.81 Vodafone customer care stating that it is International charges been imposed on my number and they are also confirming the date and time when did I made international call. And when I received bill details I have check those date and time that did I made any ISD call or not and hopefully I did not find it.
I want lodge a complaint again company of charging fake amount stating as ISD call made by user where user having proof of call log details.
