I have been charged 1298+taxes for something I have not used. As per Airtel, they automatically activate International Roaming One day pack if you exceed 599 for the day. In my bill, I have been charged 649 for two days but if I look at the IR usage, it’s only a total of 180 ( way below the 599) limit set by Airtel. So why have they charged me 649+taxes for two days? Below is the message I received from Airtel to activate IR if wanted and the terms and conditions.

I have raised a complaint on their app but no response yet.
