Text of Complaint by Garvit Jain:

My monthly IGL average bill is around 800. i recently got a bill for 2 months i.e. December 2022 and January 2023 where my bill was costing around 6K. Later i realised it was for last 4 months including oct and nov which also appeared high. Secondly, during the period of October and November, it showed nil units and charged minimum bill of approx 300. I have ongoing electricity bill, broadband bill, utilities and food bills which gives proof that i was residing at my home and gas was used. THEN WHY THE METER READING AGENT NOTED MY READING AS NIL AND minimum amount was charged?
I DISCUSSED WITH CUSTOMER CARE OVER EMAIL AND CALLS TO WHICH THEY AGREED THAT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE AND RECTIFY THE BILL. instead of rectifying the bill, the new reading was noted and higher bill was produced.
I continuously kept reminding that due date is arriving so please resolve before the same. No ONE RESOLVED THE ISSUE AND I WAS CHARGED WITH LATE FEE PAYMENT.
I AM LOOKING FOR (i) ADJUSTING THE EXCESS PAYMENT DONE, (iii) LATE FEE PAYMENT REVERSAL AND (iii) COMPENSATION FOR WASTING TIME WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND MENTAL PEACE.
