Dear sir
i purchased my credit card on a laptop for ₹63377 in 22 October 2021 ,I have paid 6 EMI 10998rs Each Month which was NO cost EMI as already shown in the bill. 2613 No cost EMI already included then why i was charged 14% interest please request you So that I request you to refund my amount.
I send A Email on State Bank of india He revert Me given Bellow ?

No Cost Emi Related: With regard to your query related to no cost emi offer needs to be routed to the merchant directly. As per the policy, SBI CARD cannot book any EMI without Rate of Interest. We would request you to kindly get in touch with respective merchant regarding no cost emi or interest on your EMI amount.

Please find enclosed loan amortization schedule for merchant emi details for your ready reference. In case of further disconnect we would request you to kindly get in touch with respective merchant for same.
