Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using airtel post paid connection with number 9581912342.My monthly plan is of INR 400 and payment due date is 15th every month.I am taking my WebEx call with setting Audio in internet and I am charged ISD call billing of INR 6668.18, I checked my other colleagues whoso are using different service provider but no one charged for ISD calls, I wanted to resolve this ASAP since it’s very disturbing that huge bill but unable to talk any Airtel customer executive since they taking complain through airtel app.I raised bill dispute complain on 13 July with complaint reference 31-3179481137432 and 11july with reference 31-3174562349607, please help me to in this regard so I get my genuine bill for payment and suggest what should I do next since there is no call yet from Airtel and my payment date is on 15th July.
