Dear sir/madam,
1. Please note that I was in Dammam, Saudi from 2nd to 4th May (for 3 days ). During that time I have opted for International Roaming for my mobile No. 9632032733.
It has been observed that you have charged from 2nd to 5th (4 days) in the bill dated 3rd June 2023. In the bill dated 3rd May also you have charged for 1st May 2023.
I have immigration stamped passport copies to prove that I was in Saudi from 2nd to 4th May 2023 only.
2. In the bill dated 3rd June 2023, you have charged Amazon Prime (yearly membership) renewal charges of 1499 + taxes. Please note that I have never informed to renew the same. Request to cancel the same.
From the above 2 cases, It’s clearly evident that you are cheating the customer. Request you to reverse the excess charges and send the revised bill to release the payment.
In case, if you fail to do so, we may have to go for legal option.
