my plan as discussed with airtel rep mr prasad thakur was for plan 399 and bills are raised for plan 499,,despite my visits & email & calls no reply and casual approach by mr thakur prasad of goregaon east,,my request is please look into the matter and refund the extra money charged due to reps nebligence,,thanks & regards
