Dear sir,
this is regarding an over inflated electricity bill that I received against account number 150708610
for my residential address: b3/504, Girishikar appt, Abhinav nagar, Borivali East, Mumbai 400066.
The amount is rs.9850 for the month of June which is a hugely inflated bill for a house that is not occupied! Even in the past when I was actually occupying the house i did not receive such a high bill. The company is taking undue advantage of its consumers citing reasons such as higher usage during lockdown. While it may be true for some consumers I think the company has randomly billed many without actually checking the facts. I feel cheated and hope for prompt redressal. I hope you will consider my case and support me in resisting such unfair practice by a mammoth corporate utility provider.
