Dear Sir,
On 3rd Aug Ola ride from Ahmedabad to Dholka charged twice the amount shown at the time of booking. During booking Ola app shows the charge as Rs. 1212 only (Screen shot attached). but after trip completion driver manipulated the app and shown me the charge as Rs. 2313 and in addition he asked for another Rs, 190 for tolls but no toll in the route totaling Rs. 2503. I have made a request revision on Ola app which revised to 2263. Driver was not compromising and demanded full amount which I was forced to pay through Google pay (attached).
