After revision of plan and surrendering a non used additional number I still get billed at previous rates . As I am retired now I am unable to bear the burden. .now i want to convert my phone number to prepaid .

Kindly resolve the issue. ADYAR airtel service executive is bent upon not helping in this regard. I have visited them to help for last 4 months in this regard. In vain.
I may be forced to take up the issue with consumer redressal if I don’t get a positive response .
Please do the needful.
