Dear Team,

I had a loan against your organization in Year 2017 loan account ending with ***0155. All my EMIs and due where paid On-Time on the Given TAT and amounts. However I see there is outstanding due of Rs, 1160 pending to clear, and there is no any follow ups or reminders from your Team or organization regard to this case.

On this issue my Cibil score is effected very badly and unable to process on any further loan.

We are trying to reach you people from past 2Years and unable to get connected over mail / call. Finally with hope writing this message for some resolution.

Please requesting and need you assistance to close this case/ issue as earliest.
