Recently I converted my airtel postpaid connection number 9567696149 to prepaid Jio connection. Few days back I received an outstanding intimation from Airtel for Rs 78.18/- and accordingly the amount is paid through online banking using relationship number (copy att). Hopefully they has not updated the payment in their records and my jio connection is barred.
The number is used in my all official records and now I am facing hard time because the service to the number is no more available. Kindly look into this and update your records and intimation may please be issued further for uninterrupted service in my number.
