When recharge was made, the validity of recharge shown was much more (at least one or two years). Suddenly out of the blue I get messages that outgoing validity will expire on 18th December 2018.
This is wrong, as the recharge was made by keeping the validity of the amount in mind – how can validity of balance be changed after the recharge is made, before the balance is consumed?
