My name is Aviraj.
I sent an email to appellate.mumbai@in.airtel.com on 22 july with my concern and have got positive response.
As directed in response from appellate mumbai(mail states that – drop mail before 2 day for current plan expiry), I dropped an email requesting to extend the validity with 298 plan, but it didn’t work and there was no reply or call on this.
Now my number outgoing is stopped and its been more than 6 days I am following with appellate mumbai through email and calling the appellate customer care number but the promise made by appellete customer care is not yet addressed.
