Dear Sir/Mam
I recharged my number on 8 jan with 399/-rs and firstly my pack validity started 2-3 days late after my recharge when did 2-3 complaints in customer care.
Then my pack was valid till 04-04-2019 but still outgoing services is stopped on 19-03-2019.
Now I called customer care 3-4 times fake comittments are being given to me that services will be resumed. Then executive started saying ur doing outgoing from your phone number and it is reflecting in our system.
This sort of pathetic service is not the company airtel gives.
Please look into the matter or I need to shift to some other service provider.
