Airtel does not provide right platform to connect with their executive.
my outgoing services has been stopped since past 7 days despite i have made bill payment payment before due date.
Airtel, falsely charging late fees in the bill amount before due date. i have paid the bill excluding late fees as that should not be applicable when i am paying before due date.
i think, Airtel is fooling and cheating its customer by charging such extra charges. they are also not providing any option to talk with their customer executive, as on all options its only recorded voice. Neither they are reachable on emails as some “unexpected technical error” pop up comes up everytime whenever you write to them.
its mere harassment by Airtel, please help, i need justice.
