I had recharged my account last year with on year plan which is supposed to be active ill 7th nov 2021 but today(06-july-2021) I received a message saying my outgoing services has been stopped and to continue I have to recharge where as my account is not zero(1.80rs) which is sufficient to keep the 1 year plan active. I have seen multiple people complaining about the same fraud going on by Airtel
