Dear Madam / Sir,
What is pathetic service of Airtel. First i had facing mobile internet issue, for that i have logged complaint. But after 2 months, still my complaint is not resolved.
Second, your sales person mentioned my wrong e mail id, for that i had raised request through Airtel Thanks app before 15 days, but still that complaint is not resolved yet.
Third, i had received messages from airtel regarding my bill pending for previous operator, i had paid that bill in last saturday and the payment receipt was sent Airtel telly caller person. But after that Airtel had barred my outgoing service.
Thus I want to logged my complaint against Airtel.
