I am Airtel customer from almost more than a decade, suddenly Airtel company has changed its policy and has curtailed lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is highly unethical, I purchased an Airtel sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they show the validity period about outgoing call up to 13th Dec. 2018 & incoming validity period upto 28th Dec. 2018 this should not be allowed. Airtel should be published for this cheating and our lifetime validity must be restored.
