Dear Sir,
My Airtel number(9535274660) outgoing facility has been stopped on 29-11-2018 suddenly even has balance of Rs.8. and thru IVR forcing to recharge the particular pack to continue the outgoing facility which is not usable for me. I’m using this number to contact my parents now my parents are not able to contact me due to this issue. I want to know the reason for stopping outgoing facility. Kindly resolve this issue.
