I had ported airtel sim into Vi.
The outstanding amount was Rs 304 which i paid on 29th april but on 6th may,my outgoing service got disabled when i enquired about it then i came to know that Rs.o.79 is outstanding of previous operator that is Airtel.
Then on 7th may i called Airtel and paid Rs 1. Against remaining Rs o.79.
I was told by airtel that all payment 8s received and your present operator will activate the services.
Afterthat i shared payment receipts on mail to VI.
I was told that your outgoing service will be activated within 5 hours.
But it happen more than 5 days that still it not activated or provided with solution.
