Hi
Am an airtel customer for past 2 years, last week my balance money 36 rupees was deducted from my account due to expiration. After that I have recharged, but am not able to make outgoing calls its telling it got expired, and am getting message like my incoming calls also going to expire soon this month..
Though I have money in my Airtel account I couldn’t make a call!
And I don’t see any option for activating calls after calling *121*51# option it is only showing the amount and incoming expiry date.
Please do the needful !
