Hi All,
I’m using Airtel postpaid SIM for past 85 months in Chennai. Recently I changed the connection from postpaid to prepaid. It was before 2 months. Yesterday 12.07.2021 my outgoing calls has been disconnected even before the end of the validity period. while checking with customer care yesterday they confirmed that it was network issue and this will be cleared within 4 hours. but until today morning it wasn’t cleared. while checking again with Airtel customer care they confirmed the connection has been since the documents has been expired and so it was barred without any prior information.
