My name is Sunder. K and I have been using the above number since 2011. I have always been a prompt payer of the bills (post paid).
However to my horror, outgoing services to my number have been completely cut off abruptly from 1.30 pm today. When I tried to call, the IVRS said that “you have not paid the bills and hence services are cut off”. What is baffling is that I had paid the 30th Sept’20 due bill on 29th Sept’20.
Assuming that perhaps Airtel wants this month’s due in advance, I paid the 30th Oct’20 due bill also immediately today.
Still, there is no respite.
I SHALL GO TO CONSUMER COURT IF OUTGOING SERVICES TO MY MOBILE IS NOT RESTORED WITHIN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.
WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK ABOUT CUSTOMERS?
