My outgoing calls are stopped don’t know why. I have already made the payment on 20th March. Whenever I’m making call it is saying I need to pay the bill to resume the services. My bill receipt is attached below. I mailed before to 121@airtel.com also but got no response from their side.
In my Airtel app too, outstanding postpaid bill is showing zero. There are no payment left to be paid, and I’m not getting any kind of response from airtel team to resolve this issue. Tried 121 and 198 IVR but it is looping me to same options to go through. Tried to call the number- 9831012345 from non-airtel number, went through the IVR process, still not resolved , always looping me to the same menu. Tried number of ways to raise the concern, but no response. If there is anything need to be done from my end, they should atleast give a response in the email sent.
Totally frustrating and not able to make calls to important persons and my office people.
