Text of Complaint by Canara bank chennuru:

Bill of Our bsnl postpaid number has been paid. Still outgoing calls option is not enabled. Again tried paying bill and thus paid bill 2 times successfully. Lodged complaint with customer care vide 3B01AP309491 ON 2nd Feb 23. Still no answer from bsnl. Since it is official number requesting quick solution.
