Full amount of Bill for my family plan was paid automatically by my bank well before the due date i.e. on 19-01-2021 and lats date of payment was 24-01-2021. However outgoing calls , internet are barred on all my family plans numbers.
What is the problem with Airtel. Network is poor, there are frequent call drops and now unnecessary service stoppage.
I am attaching the payment receipt of my bank
